Genuine Shin Nippon Machinery equipment and parts, matched to your exact machine before a quote is ever built.
Every steam turbine and process pump we supply is built to Shin Nippon Machinery's standard — tailor-made design, strict quality control, and the same engineering trusted across Indonesian industry for fifty years.
Parts for SNM turbines and pumps already running at your site — identified against serial number and drawing, negotiated, and delivered on your timeline.
Steam turbines and centrifugal pumps for plant expansions, replacements, and turnarounds, engineered to the standard trusted since 1976.
We supply the turbine and pump scope into EPC-managed projects, working directly with contractors to hold the schedule.
SNM has a lot of supply record of small and medium sized steam turbines applied to the needs in the world's market. SNM has obtained a good reputation for its high performance — in particular, steam turbines with high efficiency and energy-saving effects, which have been applied to independent power stations and mechanical driving force for compressors.
Condensing multi-stage turbine — upward and downward exhaust configurations
| Type | How it works | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Condensing, multi-stage | Converts exhaust to a vacuum, extracting maximum energy from the steam pressure differential | High-efficiency power generation, up to 100,000 kW |
| Condensing, axial exhaust | Exhaust discharges in line with the shaft instead of perpendicular to it, simplifying layout and cutting installation cost | Combined-cycle and IPP power plants |
| Internal extraction, pressure control | Draws steam from an intermediate stage at a controlled pressure for reuse elsewhere in the plant | Facilities needing both power and process steam from one turbine |
| Back pressure, multi-stage (Type B) | Exhaust stays above atmospheric pressure, so waste heat is reused in plant processes | Petrochemical, refining, sugar and paper mills; up to 50,000 kW |
| Single-stage (H / HO / CC / V series) | Compact, single-stage turbines driving pumps, fans, compressors, and mills directly | General plant utilities; 300–3,000 kW depending on series |
| Model | Max output |
|---|---|
| H-133 | 300 kW |
| H-142 / HO-142 | 600 kW |
| H-163 | 1,000 kW |
| HO-163 | 1,500 kW |
| H-183 | 1,500 kW |
| HO-183 | 2,500 kW |
| CC series | up to 3,000 kW |
| V-136 | 300 kW |
| V-145 | 500 kW |
Process pumps play a crucial role in transporting both the raw materials and the products of the production processes at refineries and petrochemical plants. Process pumps handle a wide range and variety of fluids, often at the extremes of temperature (high and supercooled), pressure (high and low), and corrosive potential. Because a suspension of production due to equipment malfunction at a major plant can have an enormous impact on operations, these pumps must be highly dependable — for this reason, the American Petroleum Institute 610 Standard is applied to many process pumps.
